Manager - Marketing
Senior Analyst
Morten Beyer & Agnew (mba) seeks a marketing person to support its global team of aviation consulting professionals. This person will be a key member of the mba Marketing Team. The primary function of this position will be to support the CEO and other senior staff in planning and implementing the marketing efforts of the firm as well as providing analytical support to other company revenue groups as applicable and as needed. This person will report to the CEO, and will support that position in daily marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining marketing options and requirements
- Liaise with outside vendors regarding sponsorships and advertising including negotiations and manage relationship
- Create, maintain and manage corporate website
- Support senior staff in conference/presentation preparation, articles and other public relations activities
- Handle and assist in day-to-day marketing activities, including database and targeted list management, and creation of advertising
- Assist in maintaining corporate branding and image
- Assist in maintaining and managing all public corporate documents including brochures
- Support revenue groups as required.

Manager - Financial Consulting
The primary function of this position will be to oversee the development, maintenance and use of advanced valuation models for commercial aircraft backed securities. The successful candidate will also develop and manage a group of analysts that will use these models for client engagements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and market advanced valuation modesl for asset-backed securities.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of online advanced valuation models for asset-backed securities.
- Detailed cash flow forecasting and analysis of the distribution of funds to the various subordinate notes.
- Engage in business development activities including client presentations, demos, proposal writing, and meetings.

Engineering and Maintenance Program Manager
Supervises Associate Field Maintenance and Engineering Inspectors (Independent Contractors)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages transport category aircraft portfolio(s) on behalf of Financial Institutions and Leasing Companies
- Perform Engineering and Maintenance audits in accordance with IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) procedures
- Assists in the development of aircraft and engine values; and performs engine and aircraft appraisal
- Perform as Expert Witness for aviation cases: defective product; damage/repair assessment; lease conditions; maintenance standards of care, regulatory compliance
