FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Carriers Find the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) a Positive Experience and Beneficial

WASHINGTON, DC (August 9, 2005): Morten Beyer and Agnew has completed its third IOSA Audit, including EVA Airways, Copa Airlines, American Airlines, and is currently auditing Delta Air Lines, with several others scheduled for 2005.

In 2003 IATA launched this program in collaboration of several aviation regulating authorities and major world airlines. The IOSA audit can be used for multiple purposes including: code-share requirements, internal audit programs, financial and insurance due diligence, promoting public confidence, along with enabling further business opportunities and market expansion. The bottom line benefits of the IOSA program is the elimination of redundant audits and inspections.

Not only will carriers benefit from the structure of an IOSA audit, but airlines are finding the process to be a positive experience. After a recent audit, American Airlines commented:

“I feel that we are a better company, having completed this process. This was a great exercise, regardless of whether we received the standard.”

“The IOSA was a good learning and enlightening process.”

“Preparation for IOSA created improved teamwork across departments at AA.”

As an IATA accredited audit organization, mba draws on years of experience in the airline industry. Our staff of fully-trained, highly experienced auditors not only draw from their professional accreditation as senior regulatory officials, airline management or engineers, but extensive backgrounds working for major international airlines, government/joint aviation authorities and federal agencies. This is reflected from the following comments:

“The mba audit exceeded my expectations. They were very thorough yet remained fair in their assessments. I've grown personally through the audit experience and know my department will benefit for years to come.” - Delta Air Lines

“… extremely knowledgeable and experienced professionals.” – American Airlines

“…made a grueling task enjoyable.” - American Airlines
