WASHINGTON, DC (May 29, 2001): Morten Beyer & Agnew, Inc. (MBA) announces the certification of Clifford Brown, Managing Director of Morten Beyer & Agnew, International, Ltd (MBAi), as a Certified Aircraft Appraiser by the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading (ISTAT) Appraisal Board of Governors. Candidates for Certified Appraisers must pass stringent examinations demonstrating their knowledge or aircraft, ethics and methodology, and financial factors, as well as having three years of experience in the field.
