WASHINGTON DC (17 November 2006): mba announces the appointment of L. Nick Lacey to Chief Operating Officer. Lacey originally joined mba as an Executive Vice President in 2001 overseeing the development of mba’s technical program including mba’s IOSA Audit services. In his new role Lacey will manage the operation of mba’s product and service groups, including oversight of appraisal and business consulting services.
