MBA Announces – Special Edition Future Aircraft Values

WASHINGTON, DC (October 16, 2001): Morten Beyer & Agnew (MBA) the worldwide aviation-consulting firm has published a “Special Edition” of its semi-annual publication MBA Future Aircraft Values (FAV).

The events of September 11 have had a severe impact on aircraft prices as airlines around the globe park large segments of their fleets, cancel and defer orders, and accelerate retirements. In recognition of this situation, MBA is publishing this special edition of the FAV, showing current market prices of each type of aircraft by year of build as of October 1, 2001. MBA believes that it is too early to change Base Values established this past July, but is setting forth its opinion as to the actual prices, which can be expected for aircraft offered on today’s market. We plan to review both Base Values and Current Market Prices again in January 2002.

The Special Edition is available for $600.00 – or is complimentary if a January 2002 FAV order is placed for $1675.00. All orders will be shipped Express Mail.
