WASHINGTON, DC (November 2, 2000): William (Bill) Whiteside has been appointed Analyst by Morten Beyer & Agnew, the worldwide Aviation consultancy.
Bill Whiteside joins MBA with a comprehensive aviation background. Originally serving as an Air Traffic Control Specialist with the U.S. Army where he controlled air traffic for civil and military aviation, Bill continued as a Technical Support Program Manager with Aviation Management Associates analyzing government, engineering and logistical issues. As of recent, Bill was an Assistant Manager of International Tariff Implementation at the Airline Tariff Publishing Company overseeing a staff of analysts implementing fare rule provisions for airlines worldwide.
